Agreement for Using Our Services

1. Introduction

Welcome to Grow More Communications (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

We offer a wide range of services, including website design and development, social media management, SEO, content creation, email marketing, event management, business strategy, digital marketing, software development, and digital/print advertising. Detailed descriptions of each service are available on our website.

3. Quotations and Proposals

All quotations and proposals provided by Grow More Communications are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Acceptance of a quotation or proposal constitutes agreement to these Terms.

4. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required before project commencement for services such as website development, software development, or digital marketing campaigns.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the deliverables (e.g., website going live, campaign launch, or software deployment) are fully released to the client.
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the invoice, including a potential late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance per month.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary content, images, data, and information required for the project in a timely manner. This includes website content, branding materials, campaign goals, or software requirements. Delays in providing these materials may result in project timeline adjustments.

6. Revisions and Approvals

We offer up to 3 rounds of revisions as part of our service packages, whether for website design, software features, or marketing content. Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges at our standard hourly rate. Client approvals at each project stage (e.g., design mockups, campaign drafts, or software prototypes) are mandatory to proceed to the next phase.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the deliverables, such as website design, marketing content, or custom software, for their business use. Grow More Communications reserves the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date, including any work completed on website development, software, or marketing campaigns.

9. Limitation of Liability

Grow More Communications is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, losses due to third-party platform issues (e.g., social media outages, hosting downtime) or market conditions affecting campaign performance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Islamabad.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as needed. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
